Smartphone without battery
Recently, researchers have demanded the development of unbootable mobile phones. They say that this phone uses almost zero energy and uses wireless waves or light around it. They have watched Skype calls from the phone without batteries....
Associate Professor of the United States Washington, Shyam Goldakota said, "We have created a mobile phone capable of running almost zero power."
Currently there is huge power consumption in transmitting information on modern mobile phones. But without the battery the phone does not have much power. It uses small vibrations of the phone's microphone. The prototype mobile phone requires users to press a button to transfer and listen to information.
In the journal, Proceedings of the Association for Computing, Machinery on Interactive, Mobile, Warbel and Ubiquitous Technologies, published in the journal.

সম্প্রতি গবেষকেরা ব্যাটারিবিহীন মুঠোফোন উদ্ভাবনের দাবি করেছেন। তাঁরা বলছেন, এই ফোন প্রায় শূন্য শক্তি খরচ করে এবং তা চারপাশের বেতার তরঙ্গ বা আলো ব্যবহার করে। ব্যাটারিহীন এ ফোন থেকে স্কাইপ কল করে দেখেছেন তাঁরা।
যুক্তরাষ্ট্রের ওয়াশিংটন বিশ্ববিদ্যালয়ের সহযোগী অধ্যাপক শ্যাম গোলাকোটা বলেন, প্রায় শূন্য শক্তিতে চলতে সক্ষম, এমন একটি মুঠোফোন তৈরি করেছি।বর্তমানে আধুনিক মোবাইল ফোনে তথ্য স্থানান্তরে বিশাল শক্তি খরচ হয়। কিন্তু ব্যাটারি ছাড়া ফোনটিতে এত শক্তি লাগে না।
এটি ফোনের মাইক্রোফোনের ক্ষুদ্র কম্পন কাজে লাগায়। প্রোটোটাইপ মোবাইল ফোনটিতে ব্যবহারকারীকে তথ্য স্থানান্তর ও শোনার জন্য একটি বোতাম চাপতে হয়। ‘প্রসিডিংস অব দ্য অ্যাসোসিয়েশন ফর কম্পিউটিং মেশিনারি অন ইন্টারঅ্যাকটিভ, মোবাইল, ওয়ারেবল অ্যান্ড ইউবিকুইশাস টেকনোলজিস’ সাময়িকীতে প্রকাশিত হয়েছে গবেষণাসংক্রান্ত নিবন্ধ।
